I’m Andrew and I’m a fully qualified carpenter having completed a four year CITB apprenticeship in Carpentry & Joinery at Seltec College in south London where I gained City & Guilds Craft and Advanced Craft certificates.
I originate from Bermondsey and spent my childhood and early adult years there before moving to Rotherhithe. I now reside in New Eltham with my wife, Louise.
I did quite well in woodwork and metalwork at school which obviously shaped my future working life.
I left school at 16 and started work as an apprentice carpenter at the London Borough of Southwark where I worked for almost 20 years.
I‘ve been working for myself now for 24 years.
I’m a left handed Pisces and when I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my wife and family including my five grandchildren.
I’m a lifelong Chelsea fan and season ticket holder.
My workshop is based in New Eltham.
All of my furniture builds start out here, from the first drawings through to assembly.
I have a separate spray room where everything is professionally spray finished to a high standard.
As both my workshop and spray room are on private land they are not open to the general public.
